UROBOROS PROJECT EXECUTION DOCUMENT
The effects of the Uroboros Virus impact upon human DNA.
It will prove to be a fatal strike to the unworthy who have naught but inferior genes.
The vast numbers of people who fail to endure its screening will be reduced to infinite serpents, slithering along the ground while they consume themselves. Only a handful of worthy individuals possessing truly superior genes shall remain.
The coming world will have no use for the undeserving.
None but the chosen ones shall savor the grace of tomorrow's rising sun.
Tonight, the Uroboros Virus will be unleashed upon the world.
As planned for some time, the Uroboros missiles loaded on the bomber will launch as soon as it reaches the tropopause.
It has been arranged so that once dispersed by the missiles, the virus will be carried by the prevailing westerly winds flowing through the upper troposphere, raining down its selective roots all over the world.
A virus is devoid of emotions. It will screen every human.
And those not chosen will become Uroboros hosts, merely seeking out other hosts.
There's nothing anyone can do to break that cycle.

There is no room in this new world for those who do not qualify. A new day will dawn only for the chosen few. Tonight Uroboros and I shall awaken the best of this world.
