He has a wealth of firearm-related knowledge and is charged with maintenance and inventory within this underground organization.
He has strong senses of justice and family.
LEON S. KENNEDY (21)
A rookie police officer assigned to the Raccoon Police who was suddenly embroiled in the incident, now one of the excellent and experienced members of the underground organization formed to destroy Umbrella.
He seems naive at first glance but has extremely strong senses of justice and duty, sometimes bordering on rash.
He can sometimes be cocky but is popular among his colleagues for his sense of humor.

In order to defeat the great evil of the international corporation Umbrella Pharmaceuticals, former members of S.T.A.R.S. and escapees from Umbrella Pharmaceuticals formed an underground organization.
A new mission is about to begin in this underground organization's hideout---
The mission calls for the extermination of a new B.O.W. that escaped from an Umbrella laboratory, to be completed ASAP.
The mission executor is Barry Burton.
Infiltration Method: Rope descent from the air by helicopter.
Asset Rescue: Helicopter will be dispatched as soon as we receive radio contact.
Infiltration Route: STAR LIGHT luxury cruise ship currently sailing over the Atlantic.
A new B.O.W. that completely imitates a human and is impossible to tell has appeared.
