Crows become secondarily infected by eating the flesh of T-Virus infected victims. The Crow has been turned deadly by the virus and will aggressively attack living creatures.
BABY MOTH
A larva of the Giant Moth that lives in the underground laboratory. Perhaps due to the virus' influence, it acts aggressively and indiscriminately spews venom at living creatures when it finds them.
SCISSOR TAIL (p.060)
A creature that appears only when you play "Outbreak" on HARD difficulty or higher, it's believed to be an earwig that has grown massive due to secondary T-Virus infection, at over two meters long. Due to abnormal stimulation of predatory instincts caused by the virus, it relentlessly pursues a creature once it discovers them.
GIANT MOTH (p.061)
This creature's a moth that has been transformed into a giant through administration of the T-Virus. It's a kind of experiment creature that was being raised in the underground research facility, but escaped in the commotion. It uses the main shaft as its territory and waits for intruders. It also has the ability to reproduce on its own and has been seen laying eggs in the computer room.
HUNTER (p.062)
A biological weapon (Bio Organic Weapon) created by genetically modifying humans who've been administered the T-Virus. It has amazing athletic ability and huge claws to reap the lives of its victims. It also retains some of its human intelligence with the ability to understand and carry out simple commands.
G MUTANT (p.063)
The G-Virus developed by the company mutated after growing inside the body of Monica, one of its researchers. It grows in an extremely short time, dividing and multiplying its offspring. It's also extremely ferocious and pursues living creatures while sprinkling its highly acidic bodily fluids.
ZOMBIE DOG (p.064)
A dog that has been infected with the T-Virus and turned into a Zombie. Like human Zombies, they're motivated by appetite. Their innate agility remains intact and their attacks are extremely swift.
LEECH
Creatures found throughout Raccoon City Hospital. They seem to be some type of T-Virus test subject. Perhaps due to its blood-sensing organs developing, it overreacts and attempts to devour.
LEECH MAN (p.065)
Coalescing leeches that appear at Raccoon City Hospital. It possesses the corpses of its victims and behaves as if it were a single entity. The details of how it does this are unknown.
GIANT LEECH (p.066)
A giant leech creature that lives beneath Raccoon City Hospital. It seems to be the mother of the Leech, or a mutant. It's basically the same as Leech, preferring blood and disliking high temperatures, but its obsession with blood seems to have slightly decreased and it prioritizes eliminating intruders.
LICKER (p.067)
A mutation of a person-turned-Zombie that has been further invaded by the T-Virus. It has been documented in the Hotel Apple Inn and also in the underground lab. It has degenerated from its human form, walking on all fours and sticking to walls to move. It also has an extremely developed tongue, hence the name LICKER.
SUSPENDED (p.068)
A creature found at the Hotel Apple Inn. Judging from its appearance, it's probably a mutated variant of a Licker. It has a tongue that's more developed than that of a Licker, which it uses to wrap around the neck of its victims to strangle them, hence the name SUSPENDED.
GIANT SPIDER (p.069)
A spider creature that has grown to a huge size under the influence of the T-Virus. It has only been seen in the basement of Raccoon University. Due to the extremely limited number of places where it has been seen, it's thought to be a secondary infected individual rather than an experimental one. Other than its size, there's no particular change in its appearance, but its toxicity seems to have been strengthened considerably.
HUNTER γ (p.070)
A type of B.O.W. developed by the Umbrella Corporation that incorporates human genes into a T-Virus infected amphibian, so its appearance is quite different from the Hunter with the same codename. Hunter γ's movements on land are sluggish, probably due to its emphasis on underwater activities.
WASP (p.071)
The wasp lives in a hive in the upper levels of the exhaust tower at Raccoon University, and has grown to nearly a hundred times its normal size due to the effects of the T-Virus. Its stinger's highly toxic and dangerous.

A type of underwater B.O.W. developed by Umbrella Corp. The shark was genetically engineered by administering it with the T-Virus, and it has an extremely violent nature.
THANATOS (p.072)
A type of B.O.W. that Dr. Greg, a former Umbrella Corp. researcher, has been researching and developing on his own. From its appearance, it probably uses data from the Tyrant. Thanatos is the name of the god of death in Greek mythology, and this B.O.W. has the fighting prowess to match that name.

Thanatos was caught in an explosion at Raccoon University and thought dead, but revived with incredible vitality. Its skin's scorched in many spots and the right arm's severed at the very base. However, this doesn't stop it from pursuing its enemies and displaying fearsome combat abilities that belie its injuries.
