Having fled into the corridor, I encountered a group of zombies. With nowhere else to run, I had no choice but to dispatch the zombies and secure the area. No matter how many zombies I manage to take down, more spring up in their place. I have to buy some time for the citizens to escape. With that thought in mind, I aimed at the zombie horde and squeezed the trigger. I have no idea where they'd been hiding, but I found myself facing a huge group of dreaded Hunters! From the looks of things, their plan is to come at me one at a time, I must survive their assault. One by one, the amphibious Hunters sneak their way into the police station. Logic would dictate that one of the bunch is actually calling out to its friends, summoning them to feast here. I must put a stop to their wicked games. After struggling against the swift and lethal Zombies, I'm almost surprised at my ability to stand. I can't rest here though, as I'm faced with two snarling amphibious Hunters. I must survive their attack and then find a place to recover from my injuries.
Upon entering the hall, I was faced with a group of ferocious Hunters. With only a minute to go until the Nemesis' inevitable arrival, I have no choice but to eliminate the Hunters to secure my own safety. If I plan to get through a gruelling ordeal like this, I'd better do all I can to get ready. First, I need to get my hands on four life restoring Green Herbs. Although I made it safely into a different room, a pack of zombies lay in wait for me. To turn and run would be tantamount to suicide. Somehow, I had to stay alive in that room for as long as I could. No way am I letting these things get through that door! I'm the only one who can protect the citizens now. With that thought in mind, I aimed my weapon and steeled myself for combat. This battle is going to be longer than I would like. I should prepare for the struggle ahead by getting my hands on life restoring Green Herbs - at least three of them.
It looks like some citizens who didn't make it out of town in time are holed up inside the police station. This is no place for civilians. I'd better head their way and offer assistance. In what must be the worst timing in the history of the world, the Nemesis tracked me down. Maybe with this Shotgun, I could repel him for now. Night has arrived and the powerless police station is enveloped in pure and unforgiving darkness. Thankfully I have a Torch and stand a chance against the lurking Hunters. Screaming in terror as he approached, the survivor ran toward me. It was then that I noticed the Zombies and Hunters in tow. I must protect him before he meets his fate at the hands of the undead. My first priority here must be to assess the state of affairs at the police station. To this end, I've decided to make my way from the west hall to the S.T.A.R.S. office on the second floor. With little ammo left, my only hope is to make the most of it by carefully aiming at the enemies' heads. If I could manage to decapitate them, I doubt they'd get up again.
The Nemesis managed to track me down and, as he discovered me, he raised a war cry triumphantly! I don't have enough fire power to kill him but maybe I can repel him for now. With little ammo left, my only hope is to make the most of it. I'll need to fire every bullet with perfect aim to dispatch this zombie horde. On my way to the second floor, I happened upon a group of Zombies and Hunters. The wounded civilian won't last for long, I must defeat his assailants. There's no way I have enough fire power to dispatch the Nemesis. However, if I can stay calm and use what I have, I may be able to at least slow the behemoth down. With both Zombies and the Nemesis to contend with, I find myself in a near hopeless position. At least I have the Assault Rifle, and with precision attacks I may be able to repel the Nemesis. When the lights in the hall suddenly went out, the windowless corridor was shrouded in complete darkness. Be it the sour breath or the sudden chill, I sensed the presence of the Nemesis beside me and prepared for combat.
With the power off in the corridor, the entire area is enveloped in an impenetrable blackness. Although I can't tell what, some... thing is approaching quickly in the darkness. With a civilian to protect, I draw my weapon and prepare for the worst. One after the other, zombies stumble forth toward the helpless civilian. If I don't aim carefully for their heads, he won't stand a chance. With little ammo, rushing in headlong to confront Zombies and Hunters would be like signing my own death warrant. I need to make every bullet count. The Nemesis' attacks seem to have left me poisoned. Soon, I'll be little different from the zombie horde. If I consume Green Herbs I can stave off the inevitable infection, at least for now. I find myself faced with both zombies and the stubbornly persistent Nemesis. I've nearly made it to the Entrance Hall, if I can hold off their attacks, I may have a chance of escaping. I must stop the Nemesis in this corridor, even if it's only temporary. But as my luck would have it, he is joined by a pack Zombies. As if trying to obstruct my escape, I could make out the shadows of Hunters lurking behind the approaching Zombies.
If I plan to get through a gruelling ordeal like this, I'd better do all I can to get ready. First, I need to get my hands on five life restoring Green Herbs. As I entered the darkened room, I made out what I had first presumed to be three people. To my horror, I soon discovered that two of them had already succumbed to the T-Virus. My duty was clear. I must rescue the surviving human! Green Herb are proving hard to find. Surely, there must have been some in storage in the S.T.A.R.S office? I'd better head back there as quickly as I can! What on earth was going on? As it approached with two other Hunters in tow, I remember thinking that they must be targeting me deliberately! Maybe I'm crazy, but at that instant, anything seemed possible. It looks like these zombies aren't as stupid as I thought. They seem to have abandoned civilians in favour of pursuing me. So be it. I'll head to the office and use what ammo I have to finish them all off! In a room so dark, the seething blackness was almost palpable, I could hear the movements of what could only be the Nemesis.
Even though the darkness had lifted, I could not overcome an intense feeling of dread. It's in here with me, and it would seem that it's already noticed me. It looks like I have no choice but to fight! A thorough search of the police station interior has not yielded the Entrance Hall Key. Perhaps someone had the key on their person when they met their fate? I should concentrate on killing zombies in the hope that I find the one with the key. Then I can make my escape. Just when I thought this whole ordeal was almost over and I could escape via the hall, I fell victim to the T-Virus. Even if I escape now, I'm clearly doomed! I need to get hold of the Antitoxin before I escape. To my relief I receive a call from Carlos Oliveira.
If I can just hold out until he arrives, then together our escape is assured. One of these nightmares has the Entrance Hall Key. I must retrieve it and then escape through the hall. Before escaping, I am obligated to wipe out any remaining enemies. Just when I'd laid my eyes upon the Entrance Hall Key I so desperately needed, the Nemesis burst into the room! I have no choice but to fight him for it. Just when I thought this whole ordeal was almost over and I could escape via the hall, I fell victim to the T-Virus. But hope arrives when I receive a call from Carlos Oliveira. He has the Antitoxin! Just when I thought this whole ordeal was almost over and I could escape via the hall, I realised I needed the Entrance Hall Key. One of these undead must have it. Wounded and out of breath, I staggered toward the Entrance Hall in search of my escape. I knew Carlos would do everything he could to get to me. If I could just hang on untill then, we could make our escape together.
I had just made my way to the office in search of the Entrance Hall Key, when suddenly, a pack of snarling Hunters appeared before me! Judging from their movement, they seemed to possess agility far superior to other Hunters I'd encountered. In my injured state, do I really stand a chance against them? Just when I thought this whole ordeal was almost over and I could escape via the hall, I fell victim to the T-Virus. Even if I escape now, I'm clearly doomed! I need to get hold of the Antitoxin before I escape. The only thing standing between me and the end to this nightmare is the Entrance Hall Key that the Nemesis holds. I need to retrieve it and escape through the hall. Unfortunately, I only have ammo for my Sniper Rifle and he moves so fast... To get out of here, I must get to the S.T.A.R.S. office on the second floor to retrieve the Entrance Key and then escape through the hall. The sooner I get my hands on that key, the sooner this nightmare will be over!
The only thing standing between me and the end to this nightmare is the Entrance Key that the Nemesis holds. I need to retrieve it and escape through the hall. Unfortunately, the only weapon I have to rely on is my Handgun and time is limited! As if my luck could get any worse, my fight with the Nemesis has left me victim to the T-Virus! Even if I escape now, I'm clearly doomed! I must get hold of the Antitoxin before I escape. This can't be real! Surely this is some sort of horrible nightmare? I never expected there to be two of them! I suppose my experience has been nightmarish enough that nothing should surprise me now!
