CREATURE
Zombie
Infected with the T-Virus, their brain cells have necrotized, turning them into living corpses.
They have no human sense of reason but wander in search of human flesh, driven by a sense of hunger. In this game, a wide variety of people have become victims of the T-Virus, including prisoners, trainees, and agents of the organization that attacked the island.
Zombie Dog
Doberman military dogs bred at the training camp on Rockfort Island and at the Antarctic Base were secondarily infected by ingesting feed and organisms contaminated with the T-Virus.
Although their bodies are decomposing, they attack prey with the same agility as before.
Moth
A moth for experiment-use stored at the Antarctic Base was infected with the T-Virus brought by evacuees from Rockfort Island, and grew to a giant size. Its toxic phosphorous powder leads those who inhale it to die. In addition, as larvae, they need to parasitize other organisms, so once they detect something mobile, they'll try to lay eggs on it at random.
Nosferatu
The former head of the Ashford family, Alexander, after transforming.
His daughter Alexia injected him with T-Veronica, turning him into a ferocious monster, and he's been held in solitary confinement for fifteen years due to the danger he poses. "Nosferatu" is a Romanian word meaning "immortal" or "vampire," and was given to him by workers at the base unaware of his situation.
Black Widow
[Medium Spider]: A B.O.W. created by Umbrella based on data gathered from a series of incidents in Raccoon City. It's based on a poisonous black spider called the Black Widow and possesses an astonishing vitality not seen in conventional spiders, moving nimbly even when its abdomen is destroyed.
[Large Spider]: A mid-sized spider that grew to a gigantic size due to changes in its environment. The change in size has increased its vitality, but its behavior is no different from that of medium-sized spiders.
[Small Spider]: A young spider that hides in the large spider's underbelly.
Hunter
A weapon developed based on information from the Umbrella B.O.W. "Hunter" brought by Wesker.
Its practicality as a weapon exceeds that of the original Hunter, as its behavior can be controlled by a peripheral device called a "self-propelled surveillance drone."
Bat
Bats that inhabited Rockfort Island were infected with the T-Virus that leaked from the base. Although slightly larger in size than ordinary bats, they're much more ferocious, and once they sense human noise, they quickly attack and suck their blood. They prefer dark, moist places and always move in groups.
Tentacle
Mysterious tentacles that appeared at the same time Alexia awoke from her 15 year slumber.
Resembling the roots of a large tree, the tentacles are part of Alexia, who after 15 years has come to exist symbiotically with T-Veronica. Wriggling like snakes, they approach a target and attack by hitting them with the tip of the tentacle. Its body is stretchable and can extend several kilometers, depending on the location.
Monster Steve
Alexia implanted Steve with T-Veronica as a test subject.
Like Alexander 15 years ago, Steve's symbiosis with the virus failed, causing his spine to grow grotesquely from his back and turning his skin green, leaving him a deformed creature reminiscent of an insect. At the same time, he loses all sense of reason, unable to distinguish friend from foe, and attacks Claire mercilessly. Wielding a great axe in his hand, his attacks are so destructive they can crush stone statues in a single blow.
Bandersnatch
Based on the Tyrant, this mass-production prototype was created with an emphasis on practicality rather than perfection as a standalone weapon.
It has an unsightly appearance since it wasn't designed for use in cases requiring human disguise. The lower half of its body has degenerated, making it difficult for it to walk. It also lacks a left arm, but its well-developed, freely extendible right arm compensates for these shortcomings.
Gulp Worm
A giant bioweapon created by enhancing the genes of an earthworm and administering the T-Virus.
It normally hides underground, but once it senses the scent of prey, it leaps out and swallows the prey whole.
Alexia
Alexia began to "evolve" as a result of 15 years of internal assimilation with the T-Veronica Virus she herself created.
She retains most of her human form save for the Tentacle-like muscles on various parts of her body. Her body's filled with special blood that ignites when exposed to oxygen, and the more she's injured, the more her surroundings become a sea of flames. Once caught in her arms, she sends heat directly into one's body and instantly burns them to a crisp.
Alexia 2
[Alexia Form 2]: Alexia's first form evolved further, transforming into an ugly queen ant. The four wings on the back are derived from the ant genes incorporated into T-Veronica.
[Alexia Form 3]: The queen ant Alexia, its oviducts destroyed, has shed only her upper body, flying freely with her four wings and attempting to incinerate her foes by spraying green flammable blood from the air.
Albinoid
[Juvenile]: A B.O.W. created by administering the T-Virus to a salamander found in abundance on Rockfort Island then genetically manipulating them. Its greatest feature is its phenomenal growth rate dozens of times faster than the host species, along with its ability to generate electricity.
[Adult]: A juvenile Albinoid that's grown to full maturity after more than ten hours. It's capable of releasing an extremely large amount of electricity compared to the juvenile form, and this ability's maximized when it's in water.
Ant
Ants bred by Alexia for virus research.
After T-Veronica was created, they were injected with the virus to realize Alexia's final "plan," growing to the size of small birds. At the same time, they also became more ferocious, sometimes using their large jaws to attack humans.
Tyrant
A B.O.W. developed with the aim of creating the "ultimate form of a bioweapon utilizing the T-Virus."
The T-Virus was administered to the body of an adult male to the extent their genes were modified and enhanced, achieving higher strength and destructive power.
Zombie

They have no human sense of reason but wander in search of human flesh, driven by a sense of hunger. In this game, a wide variety of people have become victims of the T-Virus, including prisoners, trainees, and agents of the organization that attacked the island.
