CHAPTER 1 - MANSION
Chris and Jill's Alpha Team visited the forested region with a helicopter in search of the S.T.A.R.S. Bravo Team who'd vanished in the Raccoon forest area. The Alpha Team members eventually discover Bravo Team's crashed helicopter, but they're attacked by terrifying looking dog-like monsters. Alpha Team's helicopter also evacuates, and the remaining members flee to an old mansion while fighting off the monsters.
CHAPTER 2 - COURTYARD ~ DORMITORY
Chris unlocks the four crests contraption in the corridor and opens the back door. It was a courtyard connecting the mansion and a dormitory. There seemed to be no way out of the courtyard. Chris has no choice but to unravel the puzzles in the courtyard and head for the dormitory. Awaiting him after battling with numerous enemies was a reunion with Wesker, the missing Captain of S.T.A.R.S.
CHAPTER 3 - DORMITORY
Chris reunites with S.T.A.R.S. Captain Wesker at the dormitory. Wesker instructs Chris to look into the mansion again, and Chris returns to the mansion with the key he got at the dormitory. There he encounters deformed monsters resembling a mixture of reptile and human.
CHAPTER 4 - COURTYARD ~ COURTYARD BASEMENT
Having obtained an elevator battery and a mysterious medallion, Chris returns to the courtyard and discovers a passage underground. After that, he reunites with Bravo Team leader, Enrico, but Enrico's suddenly shot dead by someone. He leaves behind two words, "traitor" and "Umbrella". Who's the "traitor"? What's the true face of Umbrella, said to be just a pharmaceutical company? Chris ventures through the cave, with many questions.
CHAPTER 5 - LABORATORY
At the end of the underpass in the courtyard was a state-of-the-art research facility. Biological experiments, a research facility, a pharmaceutical company, Umbrella... Just a few keywords that come together to form sinister thoughts. What's the abominable truth hidden in this place? And who's the traitor? From here on, you'll have to see for yourself.

CREATURE DATA
ZOMBIE (p.118)
Employees infected by a virus leaked in an accident. They've become monsters that function by following only their survival instincts, attacking other creatures indiscriminately.
CERBERUS (p.119)
A military dog that's been modified as a biological weapon through experiments using a virus. It's extremely ferocious and aggressive, and can also attack targets in packs.
CROW
A crow infected with a virus after eating flesh of Zombies and other animals. Completely deprived of a sense of fear, they swarm and attack intruders attempting to enter their territory.
ADDER (p.120)
A venomous snake infected by preying on virus-infected creatures. Its natural toxicity has become even more powerful, and its bites can be life-threatening.
BABY SPIDERS (p.121)
They're the offspring of spider-based bioweapons that crawl out of the body when its mother dies. Although weak individually, they try to prey on food in groups.
WEB SPINNER (p.122)
A spider that's been modified as a bioweapon and grown into a very large form. It's a carnivore that lurks on ceilings waiting to prey on humans.
BLACK TIGER
A Web Spinner that escaped and grew even bigger underground as it attacked humans. It was feared as a man-eating spider among the researchers.
WASP (p.122)
Bees that fed on pollen from Plant 42 were secondarily infected by the virus. It's huge with its toxicity increased up to several times normal.
NEPTUNE
A bioweapon modified based on sharks, but the virus' influence is minimal. However, it also gave birth to virus-infected offspring with the potential to propagate.
MONSTER PLANT (p.123)
The end result of a houseplant upon which the virus accelerated abnormal evolution. It has taken root throughout the whole building and tries to absorb body fluids from humans.
PLANT 42
A foliage plant a researcher injected with a virus. It's grown at an extraordinary rate and is now rooted throughout the dormitory, making it uncontainable.
HUNTER (p.124)
A bioweapon based on a human embryo and enhanced by combining reptile genes. It can attack a target with its high vitality and muscular strength, and can also launch attacks with companions.
CHIMERA
The product of genetic experimentation combining human genes with those of a fly. It's lightweight and powerfully strong, also capable of achieving rapid growth at the same rate as flies.
YAWN (p.125)
An experimental creature created by genetically manipulating a type of python, but after escaping, it abnormally evolved due to the effects of the viral contamination, eventually growing gigantic. In addition to its ferocious nature, it's so large it can swallow a person whole, and moves around freely around the building to attack humans. In addition to this, it also has a powerful venom, and if you don't take the Serum as soon as you're attacked by its fangs, the shock symptoms will seriously hinder your vitals.
TYRANT (p.126)
A prohibited bioweapon created using a healthy human as a test subject. It has very high offensive capabilities, vitality, and explosive power, with defensive performance that's been enhanced to the point it can repel most attacks. At this point in time it's the most powerful of Umbrella's bioweapons, and a trump card for the company.
