It's composed of elite members who report directly to executives.
They conduct operations in total secrecy with a small number of people, in contrast with the U.B.C.S. that's relatively visible on the public stage such as rescuing civilians.
Delta Team was borrowed for the Ecliptic Express Incident aiming to blow up the train, but they were attacked by a large swarm of Leeches and wiped out.
Alpha Team, which HUNK belongs to, was deployed to seize the G-Virus from the Raccoon City Underground Laboratory, and just barely accomplished the objective.
