TRAINING SCHOOL RECLAMATION PROJECT
A major project of the Umbrella Corporation to investigate the reuse of the executive training school, which was abandoned after the death of Marcus in 1988.
Personnel and equipment were divided into two, but the advance party was wiped out by Bio Organic Weapons in the facility and the reinforcements were also completely annihilated in the surprise attack of the leeches on the Ecliptic Express.
The project leaders were Albert Wesker and William Birkin.

Umbrella undertook a project to reclaim the facility and bring it back under operation. Supplies and human resources were to be divided into two batches and sent in, but the lead group was exterminated by a B.O.W.
The special forces unit sent in to investigate were also caught by surprise and taken down by the leeches.
