STUART'S NOTES / WESKER PROJECT
Our Goddess' plan now nears its fruition.

Another who bore the Wesker surname... Mr. Albert Wesker.
It has already been two years since his death.
Lord Spencer schemed to create a new human race.
It was referred to as... the "Wesker Project."
Only Test Subject 12, Alex, and Test Subject 13, Albert, were able to overcome the harsh ordeals and qualify as neo-humans.
Following Lord Spencer's instructions, Mr. Albert spent several years in R&D within the pharmaceutical company Umbrella.
There, he succeeded in developing B.O.W. bioweapons and eventually became a key behind-the-scenes figure in the Mansion Incident and Raccoon City Tragedy, which are commonly referred to as the origin of bioterrorism.
Following that, he continued making use of B.O.W.'s to cause various incidents around the globe, making himself known to the world.
In 2006, Mr. Albert finally buried his father and mentor Lord Spencer by his own hand, freeing himself from the chains that bound him.
Then, in 2009. After landing the pharmaceutical company TRICELL in his pocket, he used the "Uroboros Virus" to filter humanity on a global scale and forge a new world in his father's stead.
However, Mr. Albert died a heroic death while fighting Chris Redfield.
These two have no blood connection, but share the same circumstances...
The death of Albert, who was like an older brother to her, brought deep sorrow and loneliness to our Goddess... or rather, to Alex.
Upon hearing news of his death, Miss Alex called me and said,
"Commence preparations for the metempsychosis ceremony. I have no time to hesitate..."
The late Albert Wesker's plan will be succeeded and definitively carried out by the immortal Alex Wesker.
That is when all of the schemes stemming from Lord Spencer will come together.

もしあのお方が生きておられたら、今の聖母様に対し、どんなお言葉をかけられるだろうか…

その死から早2年が経過している。
スペンサー卿が企んだ新人類創造計画。
その名は…「ウェスカー計画」。
過酷な試練を乗り越え、新人類の資格を得たのは被験者12号アレックス様と、被験者13号のアルバート様のみだった。
アルバート様は、数年間をスペンサー卿の指示に従い、製薬会社アンブレラでの研究開発に費やした。
そこで生物兵器B.O.W.の開発を成功させ、やがてバイオテロの発端とも呼ばれる“洋館事件”、“ラクーンシティの惨劇”で裏の立役者となった。
その後も彼は、世界中でB.O.W.を利用し様々な事件を引き起こし、その存在を世に知らしめた。
2006年、ついにアルバート様は師であり父でもあるスペンサー卿をその手で葬り去り、自らを縛る鎖から解き放された。
そして、2009年。製薬会社トライセルを抱き込んだ彼は、「ウロボロスウィルス」を使って、世界の人類を選別し、父にかわって新世界を創造しようとした。
しかし、アルバート様は、クリス・レッドフィールドと争い、壮絶な最期を遂げてしまう。
血のつながりこそないが、同じ境遇を持つ二人…
いわば兄のような存在であるアルバート様の死が、聖母様…いや、アレックス様に、深い悲しみと孤独をもたらした。
彼の訃報を聞いたアレックス様は、私を呼び出し告げたのだ。
「転生の儀の準備を開始しなさい。
私には躊躇している時間などない…」と。
失われたアルバート・ウェスカーの計画は、不老不死となったアレックス・ウェスカーが引き継ぎ、必ずや遂行するであろう。
その時こそ、スペンサー卿から連なる全ての計画が一つになる時だ。

STUART'S MEMO - THE WESKER PROJECT
The Master's plans are on the eve of their completion. Despite having cut ties with her benefactor, she strives to accomplish his goal of a new world order. I find it somewhat ironic that Albert Wesker worked towards the same goal as well. Hard to believe he met his unfortunate end only two years ago.
His death leaves the Master as the last of the Wesker Project, a project meant to create an advanced breed of humans who would create a new world order. Children were taken from their homes and put through extreme trials in order to forge a new, advanced race. All would perish except for two--specimens 012 and 013, Alex and Albert Wesker.
Albert worked for many years under Spencer's tutelage as a researcher at the Umbrella Corporation. He was successful in creating bio-organic weapons, and played a large part in the Mansion Incident and the subsequent Raccoon City Incident.
Albert would continue to develop B.O.W.s and use them in bioterror incidents. The world would come to know the name of Wesker and tremble in fear at it.
In 2006, with his own plans coming to fruition, Albert confronted Spencer and killed him, deeming his existence unnecessary. Through a partnership with Tricell in 2009, Albert successfully developed the Uroboros virus. As Spencer before him, he planned to use the virus as a method of creating a new breed of human, killing off all who were unworthy in the process. His plans were foiled when he met his unfortunate end at the hands of BSAA agents Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar.
Though Master Alex is not Albert's blood kin, the two seemed to share a common bond through their experiences and position as the only surviving Wesker Children. Master Alex was deeply saddened at the news of Albert's death. Upon learning of Albert's death, Master Alex called for me. "We must begin our plans for the transfer ceremony. There is no time to waste." Once Master Alex gains immortality she will finish what Albert started. Of course, this all started with Spencer, who wished to create a new world. Though Spencer's dream will come true, it is Master Alex who will realize it.
