SPECIAL FIREARM USE APPLICATION

We would like to apply for our delivery workers, who handle standard test subjects, to be loaned the special firearms normally only deployed in the B.O.W. Manufacturing Department.
The reason why we request the use of special firearms for the handlers of regular subjects, which are less dangerous than a B.O.W., is as follows:
We have recently confirmed the existence of a special mutant with an extreme regeneration capability among subjects.
We call this mutant "Pale Head".
It appears to occur at a certain rate and its cause is unknown.
Pale Heads regenerate wounds at alarming speed so less than lethal weapons cannot stand against them.
If something were to go wrong in this area, it would be extremely dangerous as we currently have no way of disposing of it.
Therefore, I request that our delivery workers be equipped with high-powered firearms that exceed the Pale Head's regenerative capacity.
Even if the worst should happen, we will be able to respond quickly and prevent them from escaping.
