MARVIN'S WRITTEN REPORT

A theft occurred at city hall early this morning.
The stolen items were two of the twelve jewels embedded in the dial of the jewel-laden clock at the main gate. Raccoon City is currently under martial law and many police officers have already been killed in the line of duty. Therefore I will be suspending the investigation of this case.

Today at approximately 10am, it was revealed during an autopsy that a 42-year-old male (restaurant manager) who took shelter in the station was found in possession of one of the jewels stolen at city hall on the 24th of this month. (The man was shot to death due to onset of the disease a few minutes later) The investigation of this case has been suspended due to martial law, but as evidence, the jewel will be stored inside the station for a while.

There are reports of a theft in the municipal building before dawn. A jewel-decorated clock at the main gate was damaged. Two of twelve gems that are installed on the face of the clock are missing.
Due to lack of available officers at this time, I have no choice but to suspend the research of this case.

Based upon an autopsy report of a 42 year old restaurant owner, I have discovered that he has one of the missing gems. He apparently took shelter in the police department at about 10 am, where he was shot to death within 10 minutes of having developed the symptoms.
Since the city is currently under martial law, we are forced to suspend this case. At this time, we'll keep the gem as evidence.
