We should've been done investigating this dilapidated facility, who would've expected before setting off that guns would be blazing away like this?
In the top-secret briefing before we set off, there weren't any descriptions about the attacking monsters, so this matter must've been really unexpected for the big shots.
Behind the scenes of this mobilization, creatures in the forest suddenly began attacking people, I can only imagine that someone intentionally and premeditatedly spread the virus.
But the guards, our fellow soldiers, they must still be around... No, no use worrying about that now...
What I have to worry about now is whether to use my last remaining bullet on myself, or my buddy in front of me... that's my only decision.

襲われた化け物についても、出発前の極秘ブリーフィングで何も説明もなかった点から、おエラ方にも今回の件はまったくの予想外だったに違いない。
森の生物たちが、突然人間を襲い始めた行動の裏には、誰かが意図的に、そして計画的にウィルスをまき散らしたとしか思えないからだ。
ガードの兵士達はともかく、同行のセンセイ連中は何人が生き残っているのか･･･。いや、今はもうそんな心配をする必要もないだろう･･･。
今のオレに必要なのは、残された最後の弾丸を自分自身に使うか、目の前の相棒に使ってやるか･･･その決断だけだ。

We should have finished with this dump long ago. When all this started, did anyone expect that there would be guns blazing away like this?
We weren't told a thing about these creatures attacking us at the briefing... Guess they were a surprise to the head honchos too. The things in the woods--just starting to attack people. That had to be planned. Someone deliberately scattered that virus, no doubt about it.
But the guards, our fellow soldiers, they still must be still around... well, whatever. Don't have to worry about that anymore.
What I've got to worry about is whether to use my last bullet on myself, or on a friend.
That's the only decision I have to make.
