Yesterday, we received a large order from a certain country for the standard APL-14, but the product is in significantly short supply. Although I am also currently requesting other laboratories do the same, I would like you to urgently return the five cases of APL-14 we delivered to you for research purposes.
Our investigation has identified that this shortage resulted from repeated mismanagement on the part of the Antarctic Base. I have urged Mr. Ashford to exercise extreme caution so that this sort of thing will never happen again.
At any rate, I never could've imagined the Ashford family would sink so low...

It has come to my attention that we are currently experiencing a shortage of APL-14. To counteract this problem I am asking you and several other labs to donate five cases of APL-14 to our facility immediately.
For your information, we have discovered, that our base in the South Pole is primarily responsible for this shortage. We are currently taking steps to prevent this from happening in the future. And don't worry, the Ashford's reputation is now irreparably tarnished. Your quick response is greatly appreciated.
