HAOS
HAOS refers to a huge B.O.W. created as Neo Umbrella's ultimate weapon.
Its outer skin's transparent with a human-like skeleton and internal organs visible with the naked eye. An organ within its body produces the gas that turns humans into Zombies, the gas spewed from its giant body being several thousand times more concentrated and diffusible than that of the Lepotica which emits the same kind of gas.
Furthermore, it's programmed to divide infinitely as soon as it's unleashed above ground, and it's believed the world would be eradicated in a matter of days if everything were to have gone according to plan.
This plan would be carried out even if Neo Umbrella's supreme leader Ada Wong died, with Haos being pre-programmed so that in the event of her death, it would be set free without waiting to become a complete organism.
Sure enough, Ada Wong died when Haos had yet to become whole. Thereby triggering a release program for Haos' forced awakening. How things played out in the seabed base housing Haos becomes clear in a document found from the moment of Ada's death.

外皮は透き通っており、人間のような骨格や内臓を肉眼で確認することが出来る。その身体に、人間をゾンビへと変えるガスを作る器官を持っており、巨大な体から噴出されるガスは、同種のガスを出すレポティッツァと比較しても数千倍の濃度と拡散性を持っている。
さらに、地上に解き放たれると同時に無限の分裂を繰り返すようにプログラムされており、すべてが計画通りにいった場合、世界は数日で滅ぶと考えられる。
この計画はネオアンブレラの最高権力者であるエイダ・ウォンが死亡しても実行されるようになっており、彼女が死亡した場合、完全体になるのを待たずにハオスが解き放たれるようあらかじめ制御されていた。
果たして、エイダ・ウォンはハオスが完全体になるのを待たずして命を落とす。これにより強制的なハオス覚醒、および解放のプログラムが発動した。エイダの死の瞬間、ハオスがいる海底基地の動きが分かる記録が見つかっている。

The creature has translucent skin, making humanoid bone structures and internal organs visible to the naked eye. In addition, there are also gas producing organs that secrete a gas that turns humans into zombies. This gas is thousands of times more concentrated than Lepotitsa's, and its potential infection radius is just as exponentially wide.
Should it ever reach the surface, it would follow its programming and continue to divide and multiply. In only a few days these Haos creatures would contaminate the entire planet. In the event of Neo-Umbrella leader Ada Wong's death, the Haos creature would still be released. However, depending on when that occurs, there is the possibility that the creature could be released at an incomplete stage of its development.
As it so happened, Ada indeed died before the creature could reach its full form, and it was awakened and released according to the programming in the system. Below is a record of this event.
