FIRST INVESTIGATION TEAM MEMBER'S NOTE
We're checking inside the facility, but some chemicals have survived.
It's fortunate they've been stored quite well in storage tanks.
We've just started examining them so we don't have a lot of details, but it turns out some of these chemicals change in specific combinations.
In addition, the chemicals are scattered.
It seems this was merely a management issue, rather than an accident prevention measure.
In future when we renovate the facility, we'll likely need to consider how to dispose of these chemicals.

Red + Blue = Sulfuric Acid Green + Red = Separating Agent

施設内をチェック中だが、薬品のいくつかは生き残っていた。
全て貯蔵タンクに保管されていた事が幸いしたようだ。
調査を始めたばかりで、詳しい内容は明らかではないが、これら数種類の薬品は、特定の組合せにより変化する事がわかっている。
なお、薬品の配置は分散している。
これは事故対策というよりも、単に管理体制に問題があったようだ。
今後、施設を再生するにあたって、これら薬品の処分の仕方を考えておく必要がありそうだ。

赤＋青＝硫酸 緑＋赤＝剥離剤

We are searching the facilities, and it looks like a lot of chemicals survived. Fortunately, the storage tanks are still full. We have just started and there is still a lot we don't know, but it appears that the chemicals can be mixed to produce new substances. The chemicals are scattered all about. Not because of the accident, more a result of a plain investigation. When we reopen the facilities, we have to develop a system for dealing with these chemicals.
