On 1st and 3rd Wednesdays, Angelica Margaret will make use of it for maintenance of research equipment. Her devices are not humidity resistant so be sure to run the fan ahead of time to extract humidity from within the facility.
On the 28th of every month, chemical courier Don Weller will make use of it. As these chemicals are extremely hazardous, be sure to stay on constant alert during transport.
On the 6th and 16th of every month, Police Chief Brian Irons will make use of it to attend regular meetings held in the research facility. Be sure to guide him with courtesy and take care not to be rude to him.
On the 4th Friday of odd months, William Birkin will make use of it for when he conducts training seminars at the Umbrella Chicago Branch. He is at risk of someone attacking him, so as well as guiding him through the sewers, you are also responsible for his personal protection.
If necessary, the authorities will inform you of the date/time and names of any individuals passing through, at which time you must make sure to guide these people safely to their destinations.
