How are you feeling?
It appears to have been some time since your last doctor's visit.
I've analyzed your X-ray results and discovered that the shadow on your head is some kind of "fungus"... a structure similar to mold.
It may have something to do with your visual and auditory hallucinations.
If it's caused by some sort of parasitic fungus, we must remove it immediately, or it may be too late.
