Is he a monster tainted by phantoms?
Or is he a modern day hero who can stop bioterrorism in its tracks?
Those who hear the imposing proclamations of FBC Commissioner Mr. Morgan Lansdale would be overwhelmed by his intelligent speech and sharp gaze.
Mr. Lansdale has engaged in foreign espionage activities over many years, even within the underworld his charisma has led him to be described as monstrous.
In Congress he has vocally advocated on the dangers of bioterrorism and expanding his specialized agency's jurisdiction to deal with it.
In doing so, he has solidified his position as Commissioner of the Federal Bioterrorism Commission, otherwise known as the FBC, a position he still holds to this day, and he has gallantly emerged in the light of day on the front stage of power.
The FBC he created may become a major player in international public health and biodefense as an organization with greater jurisdiction for responding to bioterrorism.
That will of course depend upon Mr. Lansdale's capabilities.
Is he a monster? Is he a hero? We look forward to what's in store for him.

That charisma that charms his audiences served him well in the cloak- and-dagger world of international espionage he occupied for many years.
He was able to charm Congress into expanding the charter of his group to find and deal with bioterrorist threats.
