October 7th
Today, the commander summoned together all those in charge of each section of the city, including myself, for a debriefing on the report concerning the recent destruction of Raccoon City, USA. During the meeting, William Birkin was blamed for betraying us by trying to take the G-Virus for himself. The commander ordered that, if there's a traitor like Birkin in this city, they should be executed without mercy.
I feel the commander's order is warranted. This city's supposed to be the most important facility in the world for Umbrella Headquarters, on par with the lab in Raccoon City. We can't allow a biohazard to happen. If a biohazard were to occur, all those billions of dollars spent to buy this whole city and construct the facility would go to waste.
From now on we need to keep an even closer watch on the behavior of our employees.
