CARLA'S REVENGE
Carla Radames was reborn as Ada Wong after an effect of the C-Virus and aberrant training from Derek C. Simmons.
At the core of her being, however, a sliver of her will to be Carla faintly remained and she was gripped with revenge against Simmons, who rejected Carla's entire existence.
Carla set up Neo Umbrella in total secrecy and initiated C-Virus enhancement experiments in preparation for destroying the "stable world" Simmons and his Family protected.
She plotted to break down national authority and frameworks as organized entities by bringing the world down, using missiles equipped with the Lepotica gas that turns humans into Zombies, as well as the ultimate B.O.W. Haos she created through her research.
While the terrorist attack in China was successful and everything was going as she planned, Carla took the inexplicable step of contacting the original Ada Wong and involving her in the incident.
Did she summon the original for help as her sense of self that was still Carla couldn't tolerate her own outraged behavior, or did she call her in order to bury the original Ada Wong? No one knows her true intentions.

シモンズに極秘でネオアンブレラを立ち上げたカーラは、Ｃ-ウィルスの強化実験と、彼のファミリーが守ってきた「安定した世界」を破壊するための準備を始める。

Unknown to Derek, Carla retained some remnants of herself in the deepest recesses of her psyche, and this part of her was determined to undo everything Derek had done.
Carla secretly founded the Neo-Umbrella organization so she could perfect the C-Virus, something that would be instrumental in her plans to destabilize the planet, an idea that was anathema to Derek. Her plan was to launch missiles loaded with the gas that would turn people into zombies, and to unleash the ultimate B.O.W. on the unsuspecting world - Haos.
Her plan to wreck havoc in China would have gone off without any problems but for one incomprehensible act: she contacted the real Ada Wong and involved her in the situation. Whether she did this in some vain attempt to destroy the original Ada and leave only herself, or to have Ada save her, no one can say.
