~Concerning Plants with Medicinal Properties~
It is a well known fact that many plants have medicinal properties. Since ancient times, humans have used a variety of plants to heal wounds and diseases.
In this book, as examples of plants with medicinal properties, I would like to cover three herbs that grow naturally around the Arklay Mountains and provide an overview of them.
The three herbs vary in color as well as their medicinal properties.
The green one restores stamina and the blue one acts as an antidote to poisons received from animals, etc.
Then there's the red herb.
This has no effects when used alone.
The red herb is only effective when used in combination with the other herbs.
For example, if you combine this herb with the herb that restores stamina, the effect will be multiplied.

周知の通り、植物には薬効を持つものが多くある。人類は太古から様々な植物を用い傷や病を癒してきた。
本書では、この薬効を持つ植物の例としてアークレイ山地周辺に自生する三つのハーブを取り上げその概要を述べたいと思う。
この三つのハーブはそれぞれの色が異なると同様に、それぞれの薬草としての効用も異なる。
緑色のものは人の体力を回復させ、青色のものは動物などからうけた毒を消す。
そして赤色のハーブ。
これは単独で用いただけでは何ら効果を生み出さない。
赤色のハーブは、他のハーブと調合する事によって、初めてその効果を発揮する。
例えば体力を回復するハーブとこのハーブを調合するとその効果は数倍にもなるのだ。
