I honestly suck in speeches, so I'll explain shortly:
We are making a small Resident Evil - mod on source, called Biohazard X: Source.
The mod follows the events during the 1998's outbreak till the year 2000, when Umbrella is going down.

So far the only downside is slightly higher requirements than Half-Life 2: Episode Two has.
We use OB (Orange Box) / 2007 - source almost with it´s full strength (reflective mirrors, shadows, etc.), which naturally makes the mod more demanding.
Once Valve rolls out the Source SDK Base 2009, we can move to source 2009, which has some handy features, such as stable multi-core mode.
Missed this. One of the few Resident Evil mods that is actually released. Keep up the good work

The level is being build on Counter-Strike: Source´s Hammer (Source 2009), and will be imported (with mod´s features, such as shadows) to mod, when Source SDK Base 2009 is out.

Good work. I used to map for Half-Life 2, made a map based on the Resident Evil 3 intro where the Swat makes a blockade against the zombies. I made my house into the map, where you could break in, defend it and then get rescued by a helicopter. http://www.gamebanana.com/maps/63740

What's the storyline btw (basics, obviously)? I mean, why are they at the training facility, etc...and how will this then expand into the downfall of Umbrella?
Any new locations? Are you doing areas from Raccoon City?
One thing to note is that Capcom, in the past, have shut down MODs that they've found out about...so it may be worth keeping quiet about it for the most part. But hey, even if they do stop you from being public about it, I guess you could still just make it for this community?
But yeah, keep up the good work, it looks interesting.
Training facility - chapter gives a sneak peak of the first investigation unit´s last moments.
There will be at least one chapter, which occurs during the Raccoon City's outbreak.
Also a whole new chapter appears which follows the events of an unnamed facility after millenium, when place's security systems have gone offline and BOWs have slaughtered pretty much everyone.
Player's task is to get an antidote (player takes a control of one of the facility's researchers, who has gotten infected due to T-virus leak during the incident / "incident"), obtain the remaining T-vials and escape from the facility with an another survivor.
And in the spirit of RE, the evacuation won't go as planned at all.
This chapter also brings back a former enemy, which we met during the Arklay Mountain's "incident", along with always lovely leeches.
