Under Taker (nicknamed "Umbrella Trashsweeper") was the name given to members of a special artificial task force established by the Umbrella Corporation as a paramilitary sent on the most top-secret missions aimed at destroying evidence of the company's involvement in Level "A" biohazards. Their main objectives in any mission are to eliminate survivors and witnesses of a biohazard and bomb the target area. 1
History
Little is known about the history of the UT unit, although they were developed using cloning and genetic engineering.
On November 24, 1998 Umbrella Headquarters dispatched the UT unit to Sheena Island following the t-virus outbreak caused by Vincent Goldman. This mission was known as CODE: Blanket. After the completion of the mission, the unit simultaneously self-destructed by dissolving as the UT Commander set off the self-destruct sequence for the Tyrant Plant.
Attributes
They are commanded by a single human being, known as the UT Commander. Once their mission is completed, the unit simultaneously dissolves to ensure no evidence is left behind, and the target area is bombed (during the Sheena Island incident, the self destruct sequence was activated). The Trashsweepers receive their orders through a device connected to their heads via cables while en route to the mission.
Physically, the it is very difficult to distinguish what the Under Takers actually are. Their body shape resembles that of humans, but their wrists are long and unnatural and they move very irregularly, making equally strange sounds. They are typically equipped with Heckler & Koch MP5 submachine guns and night vision goggles.
