Umbrella Headquarters

The Umbrella Headquarters (otherwise known as the Umbrella Head Office) was the site of all major decision-making and policy changes for the Umbrella Corporation, where its Chief Executive Officer (Ozwell E. Spencer) and Board of Directors sat. It was located in Europe, and officially closed in March 2003 following the bankruptcy of the corporation.
