An underground laboratory in the Caucasus region of Southern Russia.
The former government-operated chemical plant on the surface is a dummy.
The facility itself was purchased through a dummy company of Umbrella after the collapse of the Soviet Union.
Following that, a specialized facility for virus and B.O.W. development was constructed, disguised underground.
It was the newest Umbrella base, and Sergei's headquarters.

ロシア南部、コーカサス地方にある地下研究所。
地表にはダミーとしてかつての国営化学工場がある。
この施設自体はソ連崩壊後、アンブレラのダミー会社を通じて買い取られた。
その後ウィルス、Ｂ.Ｏ.Ｗ開発のため、特化した施設が地下に偽装される形で作られた。
経緯上、アンブレラの最も新しい基地でセルゲイの本拠地でもある。
