Sergio (surname unknown) was a subordinate of Javier Hidalgo, and member of the Sacred Snakes crime syndicate. He was responsible for the liason between Hidalgo and the Umbrella Corporation. As a result, he was responsible for acquiring the t-virus and B.O.W.s for the syndicate. 1

In 2001, Sergio came into contact with a Ada Wong, who was posing as a black market broker. At Hidalgo's order, Sergio was responsible for attempting to murder her. 2
