They are intensely opposed to small country government soldiers and Communist guerrillas, and these local skirmishes never cease.
They actively purchase and handle B.O.W. (biological weapons) as a cheap combat force.
They are deeply associated with Umbrella and the organization Wesker belongs to, and a collusive structure for protecting mutual interests has already become commonplace.
