Reynard Fisher was a member of the West Africa branch of the BSAA (Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance).
History
Formely an agent of the Ministry of State Security for an African country, Reynard Fisher was recruited by the West Africa branch of the BSAA for his skills as an infiltration and information gathering agent. He was known to be able to blend in with the locals of many areas with relative ease, having been an infiltration agent at his previous organization.
Fisher was deployed by the BSAA to the Kijuju autonomous zone following reports and suspicions of strange occurences in an effort to gather intelligence. He managed to uncover the involvement of Ricardo Irving, and was then charged with supplying information to the Bravo team comprised of Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar. After supplying the two with their equipment, Fisher was caught by the locals who were infected with "Type 2 Plagas" and was executed in the town's public assembly by the Executioner Majini.
