Kite Brothers Railway (KBS) Brochure Information April, 1989
Twenty years have passed since the main line was opened as Raccoon City's first subway in 1969. This is solely due to the patronage of everyone, including citizens.
The underground railroad track laid by the Kite Brothers was small-scale, 2 miles in length, linking between three stations only at first.
The number also of users increased with the economic development by the Umbrella Corporation and it was extended to the present state of eight stations within 8.5 miles.

20 years have passed since this line opened here in Raccoon City in 1969. In that time, it has enjoyed the potronage and support of all of Raccoon's citizens.
When the Kite brothers first started this line, it ran only a mile and had 3 stops. Thanks to the city's economic rejuvenation by the Umbrella corporation, it now has 8 stations and stretches 8.5 miles.
