Miguel (surname unknown) was a Special Agent of the U.S.S. (Umbrella Security Service), characterized by his white bandana. He was involved in the mission to seize the G-virus.
History
In the past, he received military training at the military training center on Rockfort Island. His unit was deployed to Raccoon City on September 20, 1998 for the G-Viru] Seizure Operation. After retrieving the virus from William Birkin, Miguel along with HUNK were the only two survivors of the attack by the mutated "G". Although he was directly attacked by "G", he survived with only his helment being badly damaged. He is presumed to have died in the city later.
