A highly-respected member of the Raccoon Police Department. Marvin was one of the officers in charge of new recruits, being responsible for training them and acting as their superior officer.
History
Marvin was one of the last remaining survivors of the R.P.D. following the T-virus outbreak in Raccoon City. As the Chief of Police Brian Irons slowly devolved into insanity, Marvin was one of the officers responsible for coordinating the R.P.D.'s last stand against the oncoming zombie hordes. On September 27th, Marvin along with officers Rita, Aaron and Fred enacted a last escape plan using underground tunnels within the R.P.D.'s structure. While Rita was successful in getting help, Aaron and Fred were killed and Marvin himself was wounded. In a valiant last stand, Marvin provided backup for the remaining survivors as they fled in an R.P.D. van.
As Rita mourned his apparent loss, Marvin actually succeeded in eliminating the surrounding zombies, and retreated into the West Office where he conducted apparently routine tasks before falling unconscious from his wounds. At some point, Marvin awoke and slumped himself against the lockers in the West Office, where he met Leon S. Kennedy on September 29th. After providing him with information regarding the crisis, he gave him a master key card used to unlock the doors in the R.P.D., and promptly locked himself in the West Office following his departure. Due to his wounds, Marvin was infected with the T-virus, and he finally succumbed to the effects of the virus before being gunned down by Leon.
