History
Lisa Trevor was the daughter of George Trevor, the architect who designed the mansion in the Arklay Mountains. Along with her mother Jessica, Lisa was imprisoned by Ozwell E. Spencer in November 1967. Both she and her mother became the first human test subjects for the Progenitor virus. Lisa was initially injected with a Progenitor variant known only as Type-B. While Jessica was killed in the experiments, Lisa survived and displayed a unique reaction. Over the course of many years, Lisa was retained as a test subject and used as a vital test subject for Umbrella's future virus research conducted at the Arklay Research Facility.
In 1988, Lisa was injected with the NE-alpha parasite that had been developed by Umbrella Europe as part of the 'Nemesis Project'. Her body absorbed the parasite into itself, with the resulting change in her genome serving as the foundation for the G-virus, for which she also served as an early test subject. Many attempts were made to dispose of Lisa towards the end of Wesker and Birkin's tenure as Head Researchers of the Arklay facility, however, through her continued viral testing she gained an immunity to death itself and could not be killed by conventional methods. At some point however the staff successfully "disposed" of her and tested her vital signs over a course of three days, with no response. Despite this, she was still alive, her dramatic and abnormal physiology having fooled the researchers.
Lisa encountered and fought with S.T.A.R.S. members Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield during the Mansion Incident. However, each encounter failed to bring death to Lisa, who was eventually re-united with the corpse of her mother Jessica. Taking her skull, she plunged into an underground abyss.
Still alive, Lisa found her way into the Arklay laboratory and encountered Albert Wesker as he made his escape from the facility before its self-destruction. As Wesker reached the exit, Lisa was also there having stalked him right through the mansion. Eventually, Lisa was left under a chandelier in the mansion's main hall as the self-destruct sequence reached it's end, finally killing her.
