Lily Klein was the 8 year old sister of Lott Klein.
History
Prior to the Sheena Island incident, Lily and her brother lived a happy family life. When the incident occured, her parents shouted at her to escape from the island as soon as possible before they eventually transformed into monsters. Lily was freaked out and scared, but her parents' last words became her will to survive, as she promised them that she would never give up her will to live. Shortly after, she disappeared within the town hoping to find her brother Lott, the only person she could trust and depend on.
Lily was discovered by Ark Thompson in the Umbrella administration building on Sheena Island. Shortly after finding her, he was attacked by Lott who ran off with his sister. The pair arrived back at their home, and Lott set out to find an escape route from the island by going to the Tyrant Plant. She was discovered by Ark hiding in a wardrobe, and he quickly gained her trust, swearing to find her brother.
Lily, along with Lott and Ark, escaped Sheena Island via helicopter.
