The Kipepeo was a variation of the evolved species of the Plaga parasite developed by Tricell Incorporated, known as "Type 2 Plagas". 1
History
The Kipepeo was first encountered by the BSAA in 2009 during the combat trial of the new Type 2 Plagas in Kijuju.
Attributes
As a Plaga variation, the Kipepeo was capable of leaving a host's body following the excessive damage or death of a Majini host and had the ability to fly. The Kipepeo had slender and light bones and a pair of wings composed of thin involucra. Its main method of attack was the use of its tail, which could be used to catch and strangle its victims. It was deadly enough to take down helicopters in the air when in groups, a feature which showcased their high level of mobility in the air. 2
Etymology
Kipepeo means "butterfly" in Swahili.
