Josh Stone was a veteran soldier and member of the SOU (Special Operations Unit) of the West African branch of the BSAA (Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance). While he held his orders and the rules of the BSAA above all, he respected individual judgement based on the situation. He possessed excellent leadership qualities and was highly skilled in electronics. He was dependable on his surroundings, but possessed reliable skills as a soldier.
History
Born in Africa, due to his excellent leadership skills he also commanded teams. He served as Captain of the Delta Team during the Kijuju operation. Stone was also responsible for the training of Sheva Alomar when she joined the BSAA.
