敵側が何を目論んでいるか定かではないが、H.C.F.側に不穏な空気が漂っているのは確かなようだ。盗み出した実験体の複製にも成功したらしい。当然その成功にはある男がかかわっている。貴兄も知っている男だ。

(A letter addressed to the Rockfort Island Commander from Umbrella Inspectorate)
A brief report.
A secret investigation was performed by our agents for three months, but we have not yet been able to establish the identity of the H.C.F. spy. However, based on the ‘D' documents obtained in Geneva, we are almost certain that the traitor who can wander around the official residence of Rockfort Island lies hidden.
