"INCINERATION DISPOSAL PLANT MANUAL"
The incineration disposal plant is one of the facilities which processes the waste generated by each laboratory.
The plant carries out incineration disposal of waste and outdated research equipment which are unable to be processed with chemical treatment in the gas disposal room, and also performs thermal power generation, as an electrical power supply to the laboratories.
The accumulated electricity is generated, and stored in a large power storage battery installed in the plant basement, which also functions as a power supply in case of emergencies.
The emergency power supply circuit becomes operational only after three installed emergency circuit units are connected to the sockets. When connection is not made, there is also a method to forcibly activate the system by inserting all of the emergency circuit units by hand.

［焼却処理工場マニュアル］
焼却処理工場は各研究施設で発生する廃棄物を処理する機構の一つである。
ガス処理室で化学処理しきれなかった廃棄物や旧式の研究器材などをこの工場は焼却処理し、火力発電により研究施設への電力供給も行っている。
発電によって発生する大電力の一部は工場地下に設置された大型蓄電池に蓄電され、有事の際の非常用電源として機能するようになっている。
非常用電源回路は設置された三つの非常回路ユニットがソケットに接続されて初めて始動する。もしも接続がなされない場合は全ての非常回路ユニットを人力で挿入しシステムを強制起動する方法もある。
