Ghiozzo (Italian; lit. "goby") was an ugly and deformed giant carnivorous fish created by infecting regular fish with the "t-Abyss virus".
History
When developing the t-Abyss virus, "The Abyss virus" was used as the base. This caused some traits from the deep-sea fish which harbored the virus to be transferred to other fish following infection by the t-Abyss virus.
Attributes
The appearance of a Ghiozzo was very similar to the deep-sea fish which harbored the fish virus "The Abyss". Because of the influence of the virus, they had large appetites and could crush anything with their sharp teeth and strong jaws. The infamous aggression of piranhas was fiction that was created by movies, but a school of Ghiozzo could actually eat large mammals, bones and all within a few seconds.
Etymology
Ghiozzo is Italian for goby/gobies, one of the largest families of fish which form the family Gobiidae.
