The Garrador was a human-based B.O.W. (Bio Organic Weapon) developed by the Los Illuminados through experimentation with the Plaga parasite. 1 2
History
The Garradors were human test subjects reserved by the Los Illuminados for use in body strengthening and reinforcement experiments using the Plaga. As a result of their experimentation, they successfully gained excellent physical strength but grew extremely brutal and violent and began to attack indiscriminately. In response, they had their eyes sewn shut and they were strictly restrained within the Salazar family castle.
Attributes
As a result of its loss of vision, the Garrador's sense of hearing abnormally developed in response. It was able to accurately determine a target's position through sound and hunted them using its two metallic claw attachments on its arms. They were also outfitted with armor as a means of defence, with some being more heavily armored than the rest. However, they had a major weak spot on their back in the form of the exposed Plaga attached to their central nervous system.
Etymology
Garrador was named after the Spanish word for "clawer", highlighting the metal claws on its arms that it used to attack.
