The Executioner was a special Majini which exhibited astonishing power and toughness.
History
He was originally a massively built man who was administered the Type 2 Plagas. The parasite exhibited a drastic increase in strength, giving the Executioner the ability to wield an over-sized axe. As well as increased strength, the parasite secreted a chemical which enhanced his muscles and skin, allowing him to ignore bullets with ease.
During the actual spreading of the parasites, he acted as an executioner in the Town Square and executed anyone who dared to try and escape from the Plagas administration.
