The Evolved Licker was a weaponized B.O.W. version of the Licker. 1
History
In 1998, Umbrella researchers captured a Licker specimen in Raccoon City and noticed its extreme mobility, and intentionally created this creature based on an Evolved Zombie.
Attributes
Compared to a regular Licker, this B.O.W. has greatly enlarged claws on its front legs and black-blue skin. They are also stronger and more resistant to firearms.
