El Gigante was a giant B.O.W. created by the Los Illuminados during application experiments of the Plaga parasite. 1 2
History
El Gigante was one of many B.O.W.s produced out of the Los Illuminados' research into the Plagas. It was developed through genetic modifications to a parasitized human. As a result of its experimentation, both the Plaga and the human host drastically increased in size and mass. Due to its uncontrollable nature, it was sealed by the Illuminados, and only four were ever produced due to a limit being placed.
A variant based on the El Gigante was later developed by Tricell Incorporated, and dubbed "Ndesu".
Attributes
The increase in size to the test subject resulted in the creature becoming 4 times the size of a normal man. It is immensely strong and tough, and is able to ignore common gun fire as a result. It is able to pull large trees completely out of the ground with ease and can pulverise a human being with its giant fists and feet. It is extremely aggressive and difficult to control, and cannot be made to follow orders.
