Conrad (surname unknown) was a Special Agent of the U.S.S. (Umbrella Security Service).
History
Like the other members of the U.S.S., he is believed to have been trained at the military training center on Rockfort Island. During the Raccoon City incident, Conrad was sent in as a member of the U.S.S. 2nd squad under the command of Senior Captain Rodriguez. He is not believed to have survived the incident, as the majority of the 2nd squad were killed with many turned into zombies.
