こんにちは、市民のみなさん！
わがラクーンシティの治安のよさ、住みやすさはみなさんご存知の通りです。
ラクーンシティはクリーンな企業としておなじみのアンブレラの工場を誘致した都市であり、企業の多額の援助金は福祉や公共施設の建設、治安維持などに惜しみなく投資されています。
私が市長になって以来、この街は着実な進歩発展を続けてきました。
これからも市民のみなさんと共に、市の繁栄を目指して、誠心誠意がんばっていくつもりです。

Raccoon City offers its residents outstanding safety and security.
Raccoon City attracted the factory of the familiar Umbrella to the city, known around the world as a clean enterprise, and the company generously invested large amounts of aid into the construction of welfare and public facilities and maintanence of law enforcement.
Since I became mayor, this city has experienced continuous and steady development progress.
With you, citizens, I intend to do my best to achieve prosperity for our city.
