Today the commander called all the people in charge of each section of the city together, including me, and received the report concerning the recent destruction of Raccoon City in the U.S.A.
During the conference, people blamed William Birkin for betraying us by not putting the G-Virus in our hands. The commander ordered that if a traitor like Birkin exists in this town, he should be executed mercilessly.
I feel that the commander's order is reasonable. This town's facility is similar to the laboratory in Raccoon City, and is the most important next to Umbrella Headquarters. We must never cause a biohazard. If a biohazard occurred, the billions of dollars to buy this whole town and construct the facility would go to waste.

今日私を含むこの街の各セクションの担当責任者全員が司令官に呼び出され、先日のアメリカ・ラクーンシティ崩壊の一件についての報告を受けた。会議ではGウィルスを我が手中に納めんがために裏切ったウィリアム・バーキンに対しての非難が集まった。司令官は我々に対しバーキンのような裏切り者がこの街に存在するならばソイツを容赦なく殺してもいいと命じられた。
司令官の命令はもっともだと私は感じる。この街はアンブレラ本社にとってラクーンシティの研究所同様、いやそれ以上の最重要施設のはずである。決してバイオハザードを起こしてはならない。ひとたびバイオハザードが起これば、何十億ドルもの巨額を投じてこの街全体を買い取り、施設を建造したこと全てが無駄になってしまう。
今後は今以上に社員たちの動向に目を光らせる必要がある。
