An elderly but experienced employee of the SCUTUM Security Service firm in Raccoon City, and a friend of Mark Wilkins.
History
On the evening of September 24, 1998, Bob and Mark were present in J’s Bar during the calamity of the t-virus outbreak in the city and were caught up in the sudden Zombie attacks. Bob himself was in the later stages of infection, and lost consciousness right before the bartender Will was attacked and infected. After reaching the roof, Bob opted for the other survivors to go ahead and leave him behind, seeing himself as a hindrance, and died soon after.
