Arnold (surname unknown) was the commanding officer of a U.B.C.S. (Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service) squad that was dispatched to Raccoon City.
History
During the later stages of the Raccoon City incident in 1998, Arnold's squad was used to help locate and prevent Rodriguez, a rogue member of the U.S.S. (Umbrella Security Service) from stealing the 'Nyx' - an experimental organism. His instructions came from Tommy Nielson, an official within the Umbrella Corporation who had been sent along to oversee their operations, however Arnold paid little attention to Nielson's orders.
Between October 1~2, Arnold continued to command his troops in a number of actions - including the placement of anti-personnel land mines throughout city streets and alleys. During this time Arnold held small regard for his orders, instead opting to shoot at stray zombies with his sniper rifle. One of his victims was a human survivor, Linda, who he wounded in the leg. Upon hearing about the Sterilization Operation, Arnold angrily confronted Nielson who had neglected to mention the plan to him and decided to evacuate. His fate is unknown.
