ALFRED ASHFORD
Son of Alexander Ashford, the 6th generation head of the Ashford family which contributed to Umbrella's foundation, and supreme commander of the base established on Rockfort Island.
In 1993, Alfred graduated from a British university and took office as the director of the Antarctic Base and Rockfort Island base and was left full responsibility by Umbrella, but on the island, he merely decorated the facility with his military collection, and carried out abuse of the prisoners sent to the island as a hobby.
Alfred was merely a dictator dragging past glory, and his existence had become baggage for Umbrella.
Without an advisor, his personality disorder was accelerated every day, and he merely dreams of the revival of the Ashford family intently.

ロックフォート島に設置された基地の最高司令官で、かつてアンブレラ設立に貢献したアシュフォード家の、6代目当主、アレクサンダー・アシュフォードの息子。
1993年、英国の大学を卒業し、南極基地及びロックフォート島基地の所長に就任したアルフレッドは、アンブレラから全権を任されるが、彼が島で行ったことといえば、囚人の虐待や趣味のミリタリーコレクションで施設を装飾することばかりだった。
アルフレッドはもはや過去の栄光を引きずるただの独裁者でしかなく、アンブレラにとってはお荷物のような存在となっていた。
助言者もなく、ただひたすらアシュフォード家再興を夢見る毎日は、彼の性格破綻に拍車を掛けた。
