He guided S.T.A.R.S. in the Mansion Incident and almost wiped them out, and afterwards betrayed Umbrella under the cover of death, changing jobs to an opposing organization.
Afterwards, he dispatched Ada Wong for G-Virus recovery, and also maneuvered secretly even in the Rockfort Island incident, he is devoted to gathering data of viral weapons for some kind of goal.
He administered a virus to his own body during the Mansion Incident and has abilities beyond humankind.

洋館事件ではS.T.A.R.S.を誘導しほぼ全滅させ､その後はｱﾝﾌﾞﾚﾗをも死を装って裏切り､対立組織へと鞍替えする｡
その後はG-ｳｨﾙｽ回収に､ｴｲﾀﾞ･ｳｫﾝを派遣し､またﾛｯｸﾌｫｰﾄ島の事件でも暗躍しているところを見ると､なんらかの目的の為にｳｨﾙｽ兵器のﾃﾞｰﾀを集めることに執心している｡
洋館事件時に己の体にｳｨﾙｽを投与しており､人間を越えた能力を持つ｡
