警察署地下駐車場で遭遇した東洋系の美女。その正体はアンブレラのライバル企業に属する女スパイであり、事件以前からアンブレラに潜入して諜報活動を続けていた。
事件前、アークレイ研究所の主任研究員からＧ-ウィルスの情報を得た彼女は、Ｇ-ウィルスのサンプル回収命令を受け、ゾンビが徘徊するラクーンシティを探索。
Ｇの手掛かりを得る為、生物災害発生前から事件を調査していたベン・ベルトリッチを探していた。
ベンの死後、怪物と化したウィリアム・バーキンを追いかけた彼女は、彼の妻アネットの襲撃を受けて危機に瀕するが、命がけで彼女を守ったレオンの思いが、彼女の心境に変化をもたらした。
かつてない感情に目覚めたエイダは、レオンの危機を前にしてタイラントに無謀な戦いを挑むことになる...。
